Three cheques that I issued bounced. I almost set the house on fire. And, from being the designated, albeit a very reluctant, Best Man, I’ve now been reduced to a regular guest at the wedding. A super day, wouldn’t you say?
I’m pretty kicked about not being the Best Man, actually ;-)

About the cheques - not as bad as it sounds. Just that I'd issued cheques from an account that I didn't know had been made inactive.
The house - well, the operative word there was nearly, although I am suffering some consequences to date ;-)
The Best Man: Oh, yeah! Thank god I'm not any longer :-)
