The doors of perception
It's funny how, sometimes, what has been so important to you for so long just doesn't matter anymore. Just like that. Suddenly, people, places and things that you were so fond of cease to mean very much. That is liberating.
To get rid of your hair, or to cut it really short, is liberating.
To be able to walk away from anyone and anything is liberating.
To not expect and, therefore, not have to suffer disappointment, is liberating.
To live life on a completely superficial level is liberating.
To not give a damn is liberating.
To feck it...that is liberating.

very buddhist.
to not give a damn abt who you're walking away from must be liberating too huh?
TR: Are you trying to scare me? :-)
S: I'm afraid the decision, almost always, is driven by the person you're walking away from
True
Zen-like.
Except the superficiality one.
But that too, is a choice.
AUSTERE: To live life on a completely superficial level is to be completely unattached...what can be more Zen-like than that, eh? :-)

I walked away too finally. I don't think it's anywhere near liberating. Atleast not yet.
UD: Yeah, I guess it takes time and, usually, it comes soon after you've realised that walking away is right for you. As long as you're sure that you've done the right thing, you'll be alright.
